Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, was captain of a team of Milton Keynes Conservatives which took part in the annual Olney River Raft race.
Ben was joined by Milton Keynes Central parliamentary candidate Johnny Luk, MK Conservatives Deputy Group Leader Liam Andrews, former Group Leader Alex Walker, Cllr Shazna Muzammil, Cllr Scot Balazs, Cllr Chris Taylor and CCHQ's Alex Howell on the homemade raft.
The team came 12th out of 14 in the mixed race with a total time of 48:06 which ran from the weir at Emberton down to the recreation ground in Olney.
Ben Everitt MP said: "We are so grateful to everybody involved in setting up such a fantastic day, it was absolutely amazing to be involved and I can't wait to be back next year and hopefully improve our place in the rankings!
