Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, is encouraging any residents who witnessed or have video evidence of the incident involving fire extinguishers in Newport Pagnell on Saturday (30th July) to contact the police as soon as possible.
Police and firefighters were called to the scene in the market town after reports of an unknown substance, and people were asked to avoid the area with residents told to keep their windows and doors shut.
The incident caused a number of local businesses to lose customers and be forced to close so Ben is urging anybody with information to get in touch with the police through the following methods:
