Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, visited locally based business Franklite on International Trade Week to hear about their experiences exporting from the UK.
More than 80% of Franklite's business is export based and their main exporting destination is across the Middle East.
They were keen to discuss some of the challenges UK businesses are currently facing when exporting abroad and what more the Government can do to support them with future trade deals.
Ben said: "It was lovely meeting local members of their team and seeing the incredible precision and tech that goes into designing and manufacturing lights."
