Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, was out and about in Olney over the weekend meeting with local businesses and helping promote them on Small Business Saturday.
Small Business Saturday is an annual which takes place on the first Saturday of every December to give support to small businesses in local communities and this year's event was more important than ever after the struggles businesses have faced during lockdowns.
Ben was delighted to visit a number of local businesses in Olney including:

- Olney Butchers,
- Out Of Office Coffee
- Olney Bakery
- Allen's Of Olney
- C.T Wilson & Son Ltd
He said: "It was lovely to get out and meet so many of Olney's incredible small businesses - and it was even more pleasing to hear just how busy they had been on the Saturday morning!
"In fact the bakery told me they were so busy they couldn't get things in the oven quick enough which was really fantastic to hear.
"I love supporting local businesses, and meeting the wonderful people who run them so I will continue to try and meet and promote as many as possible over the coming months and years."
