Local MP Ben Everitt has welcomed news the number of doctors, nurses and other patient care staff working in general practice in Milton Keynes North has increased by 51%% since 2019.
This includes roles such as dispensers, health care assistants, phlebotomists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, therapists and others.
Ben Everitt MP said: "This is welcome news but there is still lots more to do to especially in places like Olney which have seen expansion without the necessary healthcare infrastructure in place.
"I will keep fighting for better healthcare in Milton Keynes."
