Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, has visited local company M&M Supplies who were recently recipients of the Queens Award For Enterprise in the International Trade category.
The local MP was joined by Mayor of Milton Keynes Amanda Marlow on a tour of their Bletchley factory to hear how the business distributes consumer goods on behalf of the World's leading manufacturers, such as Kelloggs, Mars, Proctor & Gamble, Nestle and Kraft Heinz.
The company has grown their international markets by over 37% year on year over the past three years, during the pandemic and through the post-Brexit market. They have been based in Milton Keynes for 40 years and do incredible levels of work to support the MK Food Bank.
Ben Everitt MP said: "It was fantastic to visit M&M Supplies and hear their amazing success story even throughout a global pandemic. They are a real Global MK success story.
"And I'm so proud to have a business like M&M Supplies based in Milton Keynes because of the simply incredible work they do to support our local food bank with both donations and logistical support."
