Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, is set to hold an adjournment debate in the House Of Commons this evening (20/07) on the Role Of Housing And Planning In Strengthening And Protecting Rural Communities.
Adjournment debates are held at the end of each sitting day in the Commons to give backbench MPs the opportunity to raise an issue and receive a response from the appropriate minister.
Sitting on the Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Select Committee, Ben has a keen interest in housing and planning, while he has long campaigned against the Labour-Lib Dem Milton Keynes Council's reckless overexpansion of the city, including the MK East Development near Moulsoe and Newport Pagnell.
