Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, has met with charities and spoken at a number of events during this year's Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham.
Among the many stalls at the conference Ben stopped to speak to both the British Heart Foundation and Guide Dogs to hear about their latest work and campaigns.
As chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Housing Market and Housing Delivery, Ben was a speaker at their second annual property industry reception. This was attended by a cross-section of industry leaders, while the Minister of State Paul Scully also spoke.
Ben also gave a talk at a reception hosted by Conservative Home and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award about his experience of the award and how important it is to inspire young people to take part in the scheme.
On top of this he joined Waymo and Starship Technologies for a session discussing how the U.K. can best deliver for autonomous vehicles in his role as Chair for the Connected and Automated Mobility APPG.
