Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North has congratulated DeRoka Turkish Restaurant on being shortlisted for a prestigious British Kebab Awards.
DeRoka is based in The Hub in Central Milton Keynes has been shortlisted for the British Kebab Awards in the Fine Dining Restaurant category.
The restaurant was announced as the finalist and the winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Tuesday 28th February.
Ben visited the family-run restaurant earlier this year to congratulate them on being a finalist for the second year running. This latest news makes it three years in a row.
And the local MP has welcomed the news as showcasing local success in the kebab industry.
He said: "I want to offer my congratulations to the whole team at DeRoka on reaching the finals of the British Kebab Awards for the third year running.
"It was wonderful to visit the restaurant earlier this year - they are doing a fantastic job showcasing the amazing local food and drink industry we have here in Milton Keynes."
