Ben Everitt, the MP for Milton Keynes North, paid a visit to Hazard Alley at the Safety Centre to discuss the ongoing work they are doing to help tackle knife crime in Milton Keynes and elsewhere.
The Safety Centre will be celebrating its 30th birthday next year and has become a staple visit for schools across the city in that time teaching young people how to stay safe, understand risks and avoid accidents using realistic learning experiences.
At the meeting, the role of education in tackling knife crime in Milton Keynes was discussed along with ensuring the Knife Angel has a legacy in the city after its recent visit in December 2022.
